PradoRey Blanco 2022

El PradoRey Blanco 2022 is an elegant and fresh white wine produced under the Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León geographical indication. It is made from a blend of white varieties grown on 10 selected hectares, with fermentation in concrete and stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing for 5 months in concrete tanks and another 5 months in American and French oak barrels. It has an intense yellow colour and on the nose it offers complex aromas of ripe stone and white fruits, with balsamic notes of vanilla and well-integrated roasted touches. On the palate it is balanced, silky and full, with moderate acidity and a persistent finish that leaves fruity hints. Its versatility makes it ideal for pairing with legumes such as cocido madrileño (a traditional Spanish stew), oily white fish, seafood paellas, pasta with creamy sauces, oily poultry and medium-aged cheeses.
