A terroir Cabernet with plenty of character, an elegant bouquet of blackcurrant buds and very persistent, originating from one of the estate’s highest altitude parcels (750 m), on calcareous clay soils, with a high percentage of sand, and surrounded by pine forests which protect the vineyards from the winds. Matured for 17 months in French oak barrels.
