With the three classic varieties as a mainstay, and after four years of maturing bottle, this sublime sparkling wine acquires a truly exceptional character and elegance. It's a golden colour, with a continuous flow of minuscule bubbles. On the nose it reveals white fruit, citrus notes and the delicate petals of fading white blossom. Its palate is restrained, tinged with a subtle bitterness, as befits a long-aged Brut Nature. Its passage is creamy and sufficiently fluid, marked by the appealing aromas of toasted almond skin, butter and fine aniseed touches. A very elegant and persistent finish, enhanced by hints of yeast and rose petals. Ideal to drink with almost anything, apart from sweet desserts. NOTE: As the house's general rule and a quality assurance, all the bottles include the disgorgement date which indicates exactly when the Cava concluded its ageing.
