The Beronia Crianza is a Riojan red wine made mainly from the Tempranillo variety, which is accompanied by the red garnacha and, testimonially, the mazuelo. The must of the best grapes ferments slowly and carefully, with periodic comebacks, to extract the desired color and aromas and then perform malolactic deposits. After a one-year break, the wine goes into mixed barrels, with staves of American oak and French oak bottoms that help the Beronia acquire its distinctive aging aromas. Wrapped in wood will rest for another year, before being bottled and rest for a minimum of three months in the bottle to acquire its unmistakable bouquet before being released to the market. Its intense cherry red cherry of medium-high layer seems non-negotiable. Its intense and fresh nose is always rich in nuances, highlighting red fruits such as cherries and raspberries in perfect harmony with mineral touches and memories of aromatic herbs. Its palate, balanced, dairy and sweet, is debated between the aromas of fruit, licorice and creamy memories of oak in the form of chocolate and coffee. It is persistent and well structured, spicy and well polished, which can accompany many dishes of different styles, from roasted to cured cheeses, through Iberian sausages or lamb chops. It is produced in large quantities, which allows its price to be adjusted; In addition, its great balance makes it a wine that can be drunk from a very early age and the absence of aggressive tannicity makes it ideal to be drunk even by inexperienced palates.
