Carmine red wine, very clean, reminiscent of cherries at their ripening point. On the nose it is expressive, fresh and fruity, with notes of figs and ripe red fruits (cherries and strawberries). These notes are complemented by a background of pastry and butter. The palate is fresh, broad, without tips, and with a very present fruit. The finish is slightly dry, but the aftertaste is pleasant and long. It is a wine that surprises as much for the intensity of its aromas and flavor, as for its balance, especially when you consider that it has not been aged in barrels. It is ideal to accompany tapas, rice and any dish made with dried fruits such as raisins, apricots, plums or blueberries.
