Crafted by Sergi Colet in Penedès, using organic Chardonnay as its base, and refined with a minimal dose of Manzanilla and Manzanilla Pasada provided by Equipo Navazos, this wine pushes the boundaries of traditional Brut Nature.After 40 months of bottle ageing, with no disgorgement until the perfect moment, the wine reveals a fine mousse, aromas of green apple, citrus, almond and toasted bread.
