El Perro Verde is a classic Verdejo. Born in the also classic area of Valladolid and with the typical aromas of an unoaked and well-made verdejo: white flowers, freshly cut grass, fennel and the characteristic bitter finish.  Its author, Lorenzo Cachazo, has turned this Verdejo into a very popular white wine. El Perro Verde is part of Uvas Felices, the successful project of VilaViniteca, the well-known Barcelona wine distributor.
