Fransola 2023

Among its estate wines, Torres can count on some very high quality wines, both red and white. Fransola, made from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, is one of their number, and a white that is singled out for its partial fermentation in barrel, and which will bring forth all of its finest qualities (freshness and acidity, elegance and delicacy) in the next 3-5 years. A pale, golden yellow colour, with some greenish glints, the nose lavishes a great aromatic display (peach and tropical fruit) in keeping with this varietal. It shows an elegant structure on the palate, with notes of fruit and fine acidity that remain firmly on the passage through the mouth. 50% of the grapes have been fermented and aged for 8 months in new American and French (50%-50%) oak barrels
