Torres has always been especially singled out for its red wines. Fine, traditional, estate reds … The winery has consistently brought out great wines that are a credit to this family's long-standing wine-growing tradition. A deep, dark cherry colour tinged with ochre, the nose displays aromas of spices (peppery hints) and black fruit (ripe cherries, blueberries), with notes from oak ageing and touches of coffee beans. It presents a generous palate, complex and concentrated, with silky tannins and traces of preserves and coffee. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
