Intramurs de Poblet Negre 2023

Intramurs de Poblet Negre 2021 is a young, fresh red wine from the Conca de Barberà region of Catalonia, inspired by the rich tradition of the Monastery of Poblet.  Made from a blend of Syrah and Tempranillo, it combines the elegance and freshness of these classic varieties. Its vinification in stainless steel preserves the primary aromas and flavours, while a brief time in oak adds depth and complexity.  It has a bright cherry red colour with violet hues. On the nose, aromas of fresh red fruits such as cherries and raspberries stand out, accompanied by floral and spicy notes. On the palate, it is smooth, balanced and fresh, with round tannins and a lingering finish.  Perfect for pairing with tapas, white meats, pasta, cold meats and soft cheeses, it is a versatile wine ideal for both informal meals and special occasions.
