Les Tosses 2021

This is one of the great estate wines produced by Dominik A. Huber and Eben Sabie in Torroja del Priorat, and in this case with Cariñena grapes grown on vines aged around 70 years old and planted out in black slate soils, facing towards the south-east, and lying in the small, 1.2 ha parcel of land called Les Tosses, at an altitude of 600m. Matured over 24 months in French oak barriques and bottled using a gravity-fed system, without fining or filtration.
