Lobolover Xarel·lo 2023

Lobolover Xarel·lo 2023 is an organic white wine from the Penedès D.O., made by Finca Viladellops from the native Xarel·lo variety. Sourced from vineyards located in the Massís del Garraf, this wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged on lees, which gives it a creamy texture and a notable fruity expression. On the nose, it offers subtle and elegant aromas of white fruit, peach, white flowers and herbaceous notes, with a saline touch characteristic of the terroir. On the palate, it is fresh, structured and round, with a marked acidity and a long, persistent finish. Ideal for pairing with seafood rice dishes, fried fish and appetisers.
