Lustau Fino Jarana

Aged using the traditional solera system, whereby tiers of casks (criaderas) are arranged so that the upper rows feed their younger wines to the older wines below. American oak sherry 'butts', stored in the main Emilio Lustau bodegas located in the city of Jerez de la Frontera, are used to create one of the best Fino sherries that Spain produces. A straw-gold colour, the nose imparts the pungent, delicate aromas of almonds. It is light and dry on the palate, with a touch of acidity.
