Mas Collet is a medium-bodied red wine with a light ageing process in barrels. It is made with a blend of three grapes: Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Grenache. Proportions of the three varieties in the final combination may vary slightly from year to year, but are roughly in equal parts of a third each.
