Exposure of the grapes to the sun (Soleo). Gentle pressing and fortification of the must. Aged using the traditional Solera and Criadera system in American oak casks for an average of 6 years. Dark mahogany colour, very dense (legs). Very aromatic and fragrant on the nose. Very sweet, aromatic, flavoursome and deep on the palate. A flavour for surprising pairings.
