Originating from vineyards set in a 2 hectare parcel of Tinta Fina grapes, with its own microclimate and excellent conditions for ripening, El Picón is an intense wine that portends well for a long life in bottle. NOTE: Decanting is recommended well in advance. Aged for 26 months in new French oak barrels, and afterwards in bottle.
