The Pérez Pascuas Gran Selección is the “masterpiece” of this family winery. It is made only in excellent crops with grape vines that exceed 70 years of age. It is the family's wine, and with its elaboration the founder's children and grandchildren pay tribute to Mauro Pérez. Pure terroir led to maximum expression, a red wine in unique ways whose personality forces a point and apart. Nerve, elegance and pure finesse characterize this wine. Traditional winemaking, with 26 months of aging in American and French oak barrels and subsequent rest in the bottle for 36 more months. Considered as one of the great wines of Spain.
