This is a carefully-aged blend of Cabernet and Tempranillo. Dark red in colour, its aromas reveal plums and ripe fruits with evidence of ageing coming through in dark chocolate and spicy notes. On the palate, the wine shows elegance and an agreeable roundness, with black berry fruits and sweetly integrated tannins. The lengthy finish is touched by acidity and a pleasant freshness. NOTE: On their oenologist's own recommendation, decanting this wine is not considered necessary.
