Raimat Castell Chardonnay 2024

This is the Chardonnay varietal from Raimat's own vineyards in the Costers del Segre region. After alcoholic fermentation, part of the wine produced undergoes malolactic fermentation in tank to smooth out the acidity and ensure proper balance in the required style. A bright wine, pale yellow in colour with some green hues, that reveals intense aromas of a rich variety of fruits: peaches, apricots, grapefruit, lemons, limes and ripe melons, as well as some flowery notes. On the palate, there is an overwhelming freshness, with an extended, pleasantly textured finish.
