This is the Premier range, easy-drinking Cavas suitable for any time. A bright straw-yellow colour, the nose exhibits subtle and complex aromas from ageing on the lees. A dry, tasty and elegant palate, that reveals good persistence and fruit notes. Matured in underground cellars at a depth of 12 metres and kept at a natural and constant temperature of 13ºC for a maximum of 24 months.
