Abadía Retuerta Selección Especial 2019 (3.0 L)

Made from a selection of the best grapes from all the parcels, the Selección Especial has become the best example of the Abadía wines and the one which has received the most and the highest awards. A wine brimming with youthfulness, intense in colour and on the nose; we suggest decanting a few minutes before serving to enjoy the wine to its full extent. In appearance it is a very intense dark red Morello cherry colour, practically opaque. On the nose it exudes an aroma of great intensity, highlighting black fruit, toasty notes and with a floral hint. Medium-bodied on the palate, with just the right amount of acidity, it is well-charged with fruit and flavoursome, showing immense persistence. Aged for 18 months in French and American oak barrels.
