Izar-Leku is the result of a project designed by the Artadi winery and the Zapiain-Alustiza family in the town of Zarautz (Gipuzkoa). A sparkling wine made using traditional methods from a base of txakolin wine, produced with the Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarribi Beltza varieties. This Brut vintage has received excellent reviews in its short time on the market, which coincide in highlighting the wine's originality. It has quickly gained many fans among both wine-lovers and the hospitality industry.
