Jordi Llorens Blan d'Angera 2022 is a natural, expressive white wine made in the Tarragona region with a minimalist, environmentally friendly approach. Composed mainly of Macabeo and Parellada, varieties indigenous to Catalonia, this wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled without filtration or added sulphites, highlighting its purity and authentic character. In the glass, it has a straw yellow colour with golden highlights, while the nose offers an aromatic intensity marked by white fruits, citrus fruits, Mediterranean herbs and a subtle mineral touch. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with well-integrated acidity and a silky texture that leads to a long, slightly saline finish. Versatile and gastronomic, it harmonises perfectly with seafood, grilled fish, rice dishes and soft cheeses, perfectly representing the philosophy of natural, low-intervention wines.
