Les Alcusses is Celler del Roure’s second wine and closely related to the highly-praised Maduresa; that may be so, but this wine has been quite capable of carving out its own path on its own merits, as it’s not lacking in qualities. NOTE: We recommend opening the bottle half an hour before serving. Malolactic fermentation in tank. Aged for 3 – 4 months in two and three year-old French oak barrels.
