Discovering the exceptional nature of Priorat's terroir without having to pay a high price for each bottle is becoming easier by the day thanks to initiatives like the one (luckily, not the only one) offered us by Marc and Adriá Pérez. Especially with their wine L'Inconscient, a wine which, straightforwardly and without renouncing either complexity or refinement, enables us to enjoy that “other”, more accessible and above all affordable, Priorat. One to thoroughly enjoy. The Pérez family are an undeniable benchmark in this highly regarded denomination (Mas Martinet, Cims de Porrera), and Marc and Adriá vinify the wines of this most individual project in the emblematic winery of Cims de Porrera; making quite a personal statement, complete with a striking label, both original and artistic, which will no doubt succeed in attracting younger consumers.
