Miros de Ribera Crianza 2020

Miros de Ribera Crianza 2019 is a red wine from Ribera del Duero, produced by Bodegas Peñafiel. This wine is produced with 100% Tempranillo grapes, selected by hand from vineyards located at an altitude of almost 900 metres above sea level. It has a beautiful cherry red colour with ruby tones. On the nose, it displays an elegant bouquet with mineral, balsamic and black fruit notes such as blackberries and raspberries, complemented by a spicy background due to its ageing in French and American oak barrels for 18 months. On the palate, it is lively and structured, with firm tannins and a good balance, offering a long, fleshy and elegant finish. This wine is ideal to accompany red meats, game and cured cheeses, and it is recommended to be served at a temperature of 16-18°C to better appreciate its qualities.
