The Albariño grape shows fine expression here, enriched in flavours and refinement due to its stay in oak. A straw-yellow colour and visually bright, the wine exhibits fruit aromas, with notes of fennel, bay leaves and smoky wood nuances. It is vibrant, fresh and elegant on the palate. Fermented in barrel and aged for 7 months in new oak barrels.
