Nus Dolç Natural 2015 (0.37 L)

Reviving the tradition of making sweet wines in the Priorat, Mas d’en Gil present their natural sweet wine, Nus. It is produced using five different sweet wines, all aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Foremost are the Garnacha wines (80%), but Syrah also figures (15%) and Viognier (5%). This is an aromatically intense sweet wine, with particularly pervading aromas of red fruit and orange preserves, as well as spicy notes of vanilla and cinnamon, plus dried fruits like raisins and prunes. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
