Sa Forana 2022

Sa Forana 2022 is a red wine produced on the island of Menorca, Spain, by the family winery Celler Solano de Menorca. This wine is made from a blend of grape varieties including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo and Syrah grown on limestone soils of the Cugullonet Nou estate in Sant Climent. This wine has a medium red colour with violet reflections. On the nose, it displays a pleasant and complex bouquet with aromas of ripe black fruits, liquorice and menthol, along with subtle mineral notes. On the palate, Sa Forana 2022 is fresh and medium-bodied, with flavours of black fruits, black olives, vegetables and undergrowth, accompanied by lively tannins and balanced acidity. The finish is long and balsamic.
